Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered product, then we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are here to assist you.

Return 

You can return the product to us and claim a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

To make sure the item returned is eligible for a refund:

• The product should be unused and damage-free (it should be in the same condition as the item you received).
• The item you are returning should be in the same packaging as when you received it on delivery.
• Also, your returning product should have a bill or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

When we receive your product;

• Firstly, our specialised team will cross-check the item and notify you immediately, stating that we have received your returned order.
• Then, our inspecting team will verify the product and notify you about the status of the refund, stating whether the returned product is eligible for a refund or not.
• If your returned product is approved, you will receive the refund directly to your credit card, UPI, or any original payment method you have used for placing the order.
• The amount will certainly be credited in 6-7 countable business days, depending on your card or bank issuer's policy.
• If the product is damaged or not properly packed, we apologise, as in this case, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping 

We would like to clearly mention that shipping charges for a product remain non-refundable. It means you will be solely responsible for the shipping cost of a returning item.

When a refund is initiated, we deduct the shipping charges and repay the product price alone.

Product Disclaimer

Every product colour you see on the screen might vary from monitor to monitor. This is because every system has its own specifications of functionality, and the screen display usually remains different, yet we always try to maintain all our product images size, colour, and visual dimensions without losing their originality. Here, we request you understand that the actual colour may vary according to the monitor you use. So, here, we cannot thoroughly assure you that the colour you see represents the true colour of the product.
